ORDERING

How can I place an order?

Ordering online is faster and more accurate. Ordering by phone can result in errors and therefore customers are requested to order online only. If you have questions before ordering or need help in navigating our website please call us at 1-800-936-3628 or email sales@nematinternational.com . Our offices are open Mon – Fri, 9:30am to 5:30pm, PST.

Is there a minimum dollar amount or quantity amount to place orders?

Yes, there is a $75.00 minimum order requirement. The $75.00 does not include shipping charges.

I want to try some samples before placing a larger quantity order.

Customers with verified businesses can purchase sample orders less than the minimum order amount. Please make a list of the samples with our item codes and send the sample order request by email to sales@nematinternational.com We will make an invoice and email it to you. Payment can be made through paypal to sales@nematinternational.com or you can call in your credit card information. Our Tel # is 1-800-936-3628. Our offices are open Mon – Fri, 9:30am to 5:30pm, PST.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

We provide ETAs (estimated time of arrival) on the product page for out of stock products when available. You may also contact Customer Service for more details on specific products.

I want to purchase some products, but want to make sure that it will remain in stock.

Most of the items that we carry remain in stock. Some products can go out of stock for a while. In some instances a manufacturer may discontinue an item and it will not be possible for us to bring it back.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping to Canada

Our preferred method of shipping to Canada and other international destinations is by Fedex international economy or priority service.

In some instances, Fedex ground service is cheaper than Fedex International economy or priority service. But, Fedex charges additional brokerage fees for packages shipped via ground service. These additional charges will have to be paid by the customer to Fedex before they receive the package. Fedex brokerage charges are included in the online quote provided for Fedex International economy or priority service. In our experience, for most packages, Fedex Canada ground service is more expensive after adding the brokerage fees.

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes administered by Canadian customs. The duties and taxes are in addition to the shipping charges and brokerage charges and have to be paid by the customer before they receive the package.

How do you ship internationally?

Most international packages are shipped via FedEx International economy or Fedex Priority International service. Packages sent to Russia and some other countries are sent via US priority mail service.

What is your policy regarding duties, taxes and brokerage fees?

PAYMENTS

What are my payment options?

Payment is accepted via Paypal and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept business checks. All orders paid for by business checks will not ship until payment has been received and the check cleared. Please note that prepaid credit cards and/or gift cards are not accepted unless there is a billing address registered with the card. Payments for large orders and some international orders, may be required to be paid by bank wire transfer.

During the online checkout process payment can be made via credit card or via Paypal. Credit cards are not charged at the time order is placed. Your credit card will be charged at the time order is ready for shipping. Payments sent via paypal are transferred by paypal from your account to our account.

What is the currency for all prices?

All prices listed are quoted in US Dollars.

Payments for sales Tax , customs duties and fees

USA Orders

All orders shipped to destinations within the state of California are charged the current CA sales tax. If you are a reseller, please provide your current, valid CA resale license number via email or fax. Our email address is sales@nematinternational.com and fax number is 510-751-4980. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.

International Orders.

Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with any international shipment. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. To calculate duties and taxes, you will require harmonized tariff codes (HTC) for our products. Listed below are the HTC numbers and descriptions that apply to some of our products. You should verify and check the HTC codes most appropriate for the products you are purchasing.

How do I pay for my international order?

Payment can be made via paypal, or with any of the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Large orders may require payment via bank wire transfer.

How are international shipping and handling charges determined?

Shipping and handling is estimated based on your country and shipping zip code and the approximate weight of the products you have ordered. Some items may be considered oversize and will incur higher shipping charges.

How long will it take me to receive my international order?

Most international orders shipped via Fedex International economy service, arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of full order payment. An email will be sent with the tracking number for your package. Packages sent via US priority mail may take longer. Tracking information provided by US mail is not detailed and may not give day to day movement and location of the package.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

After your order has been placed, an email with the order number will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can come and pick up your order at our warehouse. Please call at least 1 day ahead of your visit and place your order. We will keep your order ready for pick up. Hours of pick up are from 10:30am to 3:00 pm.

What are my shipping options?

Most packages are shipped through FedEx. We offer Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight options. To view your shipping rate, add items to cart, and click the estimate shipping button in the shopping cart. Please note that Fedex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or APO/AFO address at this time.

In order to provide the best customer service, we may also use UPS or USPS to ship your order. If you need the order by a certain date, please note that in the customer comments section.

We will try to ship all of your items in the same package, but for larger orders products may be packed in multiple boxes. In general, we do not pack more than 40 lbs by weight in each shipping box.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?

Shipping and handling is estimated based on your shipping zip code and the approximate weight of the products you have ordered and the type of service selected for the shipment.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

You will receive an email containing tracking information, including a tracking number that will allow you to track your order. For larger orders, you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number as some items may ship separately.

If I place my order today, how long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders take 2-3 business days to process, and 1-5 days business to ship based on your location from our warehouse. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please Note: This is an estimated time of delivery for your order once it ships from our warehouse.

PEAK SEASON PROCESSING: During our peak season from September through December, processing time may take up to 4-5 business days before shipping. To ensure delivery to you on time, please plan ahead and order early on so that your order can be received on time.

Do you offer same day shipping?

Yes. Same day shipping is defined as any order that must ship out same day. Please call us at 800-936-3628, should this service be required, as this feature is not available for certain products. Same day shipping orders are not accepted over email. Same day orders have to be placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed after 11:00am PST are not guaranteed to ship the same day. A mandatory $15 fee will apply to all same day shipping orders, without exception.

Same day shipping is not available for:

  • International Orders.
  • Personalized Products.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Orders for some large items, oversize products or special order items.

Where will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order to the shipping address that you have provided at checkout. If payment is via credit card, then order will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

If an order is refused at delivery or an incorrect address is given, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

When should I use signature confirmation?

Signature confirmation is optional and a customer can select this option upon checkout. An additional fee of US$3.00 will apply. If no signature confirmation is requested, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for lost, stolen or missing packages that track as "delivered." We highly recommend signature confirmation for apartments, condominiums, and for clients that have had packages go missing before. If no request is made for signature confirmation, packages can be left at the shipping address per the driver's discretion with a full waiver of liability.

Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy allows you to return (most) products to us within 15 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returning products to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 3 business days), we will process the refund within 7 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, paypal or original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 2 - 10 business day after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. See below for further details and restrictions.

Returns and exchanges are not available for the following items:

  • Any personalized product.
  • Returned products must be unused and in the condition you received them.
  • Please include packing list inside.
  • The products must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving them.
  • Please use a tracking number on your returned package and make sure the products are packaged well such that they do not break or get damaged during shipping. Nemat International, Inc., is not responsible for items that do not reach our warehouse, or items that arrive broken or damaged.
  • Shipping and handling charges and rush charges cannot be refunded.
  • A refund cannot be issued in the following circumstances: (i) If the returned products are not received in the same condition, (ii) if the returned product is not eligible for returns and/or (iii) if the products are returned after 15 days.

Note: Our returns policy does not apply to international orders.

What do I do with damaged or defective products?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Nemat International, Inc within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please email pictures of the damaged and defective goods to sales@nematinternational.com and describe the damage or defect. Or, call our customer service department at 800-936-3628 or 1-510-445-0300 for international customers to initiate a claim.

Nemat International, Inc. is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. We are ready to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.

What happens if I am missing an item?

Our glass bottles and its components are usually shipped in parts. For example, a roll on bottle is shipped in 3 parts – Glass bottle, roll on plug and cap. The three items are packed separately. Please inspect the shipping cartons and packaging carefully to make sure that you have retrieved all the items. Roll on plugs and some applicators are small items and can be thrown away by mistake if the packaging is not checked carefully. Some orders are shipped in multiple boxes. Please open and check all the boxes thoroughly to account for the order shipped to you.

After checking carefully, If you believe an item is missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then initiate an investigation, which typically takes 6-8 business days. If the item is missing, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I change ,cancel, or add to my order?

Please contact us via email at sales@nematinternational.com. Include the name you used to place your order and the order number. If possible, include a copy of the order confirmation that you have received. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the order. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations.
